Summary: The HR Business Partner in international functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities. The HRBP will counsel employees and managers concerning work-related issues. Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects. May assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, personnel policies and procedures.

The HRBP Implements corporate policy at the country level. Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues. Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Implements company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock option grants renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change).

This role also Performs project-oriented duties related to the integration of an acquired entity into the company or divestiture. May be involved anywhere from before-the-close to the integration completion stage either working on specific assignments or in a team. Typically partners with specialists in legal, HR, accounting, payroll, IT, or other administrative areas of the company. This role is typically involved after the merger/acquisition decision has been reached with focus on integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and represent Corporate HR policies, processes and philosophy to employees and managers at the sites of the countries you are supporting and support the implementation of Human Resources programs such as performance management, focal reviews, learning & development, talent assessment, and benefits

  • Ensure proper compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and serve as an advisor to Corporate on geographic specific information related to these. Support the implementation of region-specific HR initiatives and programs and participate in projects to develop, implement and localize Corporate HR policies, procedures and programs

  • Project oriented duties related to the integration of an acquired entity into the company

  • Coordination of HR projects across the EMEA region

Qualifications

Number of Years of Work Experience:8-10years+

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record in successfully managing complex HR related tasks.

  • Good knowledge of the local labor regulations specifically for Ireland.

  • Hands-on Human Resources experience in other countries would be an advantage.

  • Expertise in a dynamic growth environment

  • Multilingual, to include fluency in English, both oral and written.

Education: Bachelor or Master degree, specialization in Human Resources
