Key Responsibilities

  • Administration and logistics management of key sales talent development programs

  • Operational support for escalated HR issues, including raising and tracking cases in Workday, liaising with the Service Centre and problem solving the more complex issues.

  • Provide reports from Workday and other HR tools and conduct analytics to provide business relevant information to the HRBPs and their customers

  • Travel and expenses management for the HRBP team

  • Provide support to the Vice President in managing team meetings (virtual and physical), agenda management, communications, regional collation of information and control and management of shared documentation

  • Co-ordination and administration to support core HR programs such as Pay Planning, Performance Management, Talent Management and Employee Satisfaction Surveys

  • Ad hoc project involvement

Essential Requirements

  • Experience as an Administrator, preferably within a HR department and familiarity with core HR tools and processes such as performance management, pay planning, succession planning etc.

  • Strong analytics capability, expertise in using spreadsheets and turning large quantities of data into management information

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and tenacity to manage tasks to completion

  • Clear and confident communicator – English is a requirements and other European languages an advantage

  • A self-starter who can show initiative

  • Good at building relationships and working effectively in a virtual and matrixed environment

  • A passion for people and data and of how they can drive future success
