Finance Collections – Team Lead
The Collections Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the collections function of a Multi-National client organisation is effectively managed to meet the service and performance levels agreed between Accenture and the Client. Co-ordinating collections activities across a number of the client’s business streams while monitoring compliance to credit policies and procedures. Furthermore, they will be assisting users with payment problems and offer clarification for any confusion they may have. This involves both proactive as well as reactive work. You are motivated, analytical, organized, inquisitive, and creative individual who is able to operate with an international mindset to collect payments, while providing excellent and considerate customer service to our users!
Collections Team Lead - Job Description
Research high-volume of collection cases and perform timely follow-ups to resolve payment issues and disputes. Assists users with payment problems and confusion. Make quick and sound decisions to minimize losses. Works closely with team members to maintain and monitor the integrity of the collection process. Supervise, motivate, develop and mentor direct reports. Ensure the agreed procedures are kept up to date and adhered to within the team. Responsible for the preparation of managements reports in line with Client and Accenture’s requirements.
Liaise with Accenture HR in relation to recruitment, training, performance management etc.

Requirements - Applicants to Demonstrate the Below Skills:
Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, one that spans weekends and holidays as our customers need us. Shifts may include evening or early morning hours. Strong verbal written and communication skills, with the ability to tactfully communicate and handle case information with users while educating them of the benefit of meeting their obligations and the possible consequences of not meeting their obligations. Excellent prioritizer, multi-tasker, and time-manager. You seek to improve inefficient processes wherever possible, bringing these issues to the attention of your manager and team as necessary. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proven judgment/problem solving skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize patterns. Ability to do arithmetic and simple math. Experience with Apple OSX and Google apps Team management & client relationship management experience
