JOB REQUIREMENTS: Technical Designer - Swimwear - TECHN005334 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Swim Technical Designer, you will lead the technical design of Swim product for Lands\' End. You will partner with the cross-functional team in developing product from initial concept through fit to production. You will successfully translate the product design and style vision into a consistent fit and quality level through application of blocks, pattern analysis, fit analysis, appropriate production construction methods, accurate specification packages, and fit session management.
