Software Validation Engineer positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI).  Exercise autonomy in supporting the development of autonomy, electrification, and smart mobility technologies. Develop test procedures, plans, automated scripts, and cases. Provide mentorship to junior team members in order to perform automated and manual test execution, results analysis, root cause analysis, and verifications. Collaborate cross-functionally with technical specialists, feature owners, development teams, and other test teams in support of testing and development activities of DAT features to understand testing requirements and implement required test tools and tests scripts, as well as bring ideas from proof-of-concept into production.
