Wpromote is looking for a Bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist to become the next member of our growing team. The Specialist is a hybrid of both Client Service Manager and Search Engine Optimization Specialist roles. This entry-level position requires you to work with one of our largest hospitality clients and partners and encompasses work in SEO and Content. This position is expected to communicate with clients in both languages as well as write and translate marketing copy in Spanish and English.
You Will Be
Participating in a two-month training program specific to the Hospitality & Travel team
Assisting account managers with tactics and deliverables
Managing a portfolio of hotels with multiple client contacts
Writing and editing Spanish website copy
Performing client specific keyword research and competitive analysis
Completing backlink analysis, opportunity identification, and optimization
Maintaining online citations and local listings
Reporting and analyzing current and historical SEO campaigns and digital strategies
Creating and maintaining client relationships with hospitality professionals in a variety of key roles
Presenting new strategies, tactics, and results to our clients via conference calls and emails
Working with multiple project management systems and collaborating with various teams to oversee the completion of tactics
You Must Have
0-1 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Experience copyediting in Spanish preferred
A capability to think critically and provide viable solutions to problems
Enthusiasm for the inner-workings of the internet and the ability to conduct efficient research
Attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent time management
Strong organizational skills with the willingness to help others while meeting your deadlines
An ability to manage client expectations while maintaining their satisfaction
Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Apps is a must
Hands on experience with Keyword Planner, Moz, Majestic, BrightEdge is a plus
An understanding of SEO core elements including, but not limited to: On-page and Off-page tactics, optimization of site navigation, internal linking structure, URL structure, title tags, and meta descriptions
