Kforce has a client with an opportunity in Orange County, California (CA) for a Billing Coordinator. Summary:The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoicing in various forms ranging from simple to varying degrees of complexity. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible to achieve numerous targets, including daily, weekly and monthly processing milestones. Attention to detail is a critical component of the Billing Coordinators role to ensure billing accuracy on each and every invoice. The Billing Coordinator will also be expected to cross train into multiple disciplines as necessary in support of the company's area model structure.

  • Excellent communication, both oral and written; Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email and written means

  • Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques

  • Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow up and execution of required tasks
