Minimum/Required Qualifications Masters of Social Work, Masters of Counseling, Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy, Masters of Public Health or similar degree from an accredited program.. Two or more years of paid or unpaid demonstrated experience in any number of crisis support and intervention services, such as: suicide prevention/intervention/postvention, sexual assault survivor support, chemical dependency, crisis case management, and/or crime victim advocacy work. Demonstrated knowledge of various forms of trauma (acute, chronic, racial, generational, etc.) and demonstrated experience in trauma-informed care. Demonstrated commitment to understanding and applying the principles of diversity, equity, and anti-oppression concepts, processes, and protocols. Demonstrated experience working in or with initiatives that support or engage communities of color and people traditionally underrepresented. Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills. Possess and maintain a current, valid Oregon driver\'s license within 30 days of appointment to the position. At the time of application for this position have, and maintain throughout the duration of this position, an acceptable driving record based on a DMV motor history vehicle check.
