Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project or program management role. 3 years in a lead/supervisory position. Certification in project management or related field. Experience with project management software and processes. Experience managing enterprise-level projects. Working knowledge of business and information technology, consisting of an understanding of data, business processes, applications, networks, systems, and infrastructure. Proven analytical ability, problem-solving, ability to explain information accurately and resolve complex issues with sound judgment. A broad view of higher education business and appreciation for the mission, values, strategies, processes, technologies and governance. Demonstrated experience in facilitating change with an inclusive, equitable, and accessible approach, including collaboration with senior-level community members. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and access.
