Robert Half International Bookkeeper/Office Manager in Concord, Massachusetts


Robert Half Finance & Accounting is working with a Law Firm company and is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join its team. This opportunity is full-time with competitive benefits. Job description/Duties includes the following:

  • Strong Bookkeeping or Accounting Skills.

  • Knowledge of a computer accounting program (such as Quickbooks), in order to track and record the financial transactions and records of the company.

  • Strong -Excel skills.

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

  • Daily tasks would include reconciling cash bank accounts, reconciling end-of-day order processing, calling customers on past due accounts, pay bills, check credit references, and scanning invoices.

  • Payroll experience would be a plus.

  • Strong math skill.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Confidentiality

  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for Management using Excel or accounting software reporting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Personable

  • The ability to manage a varying workload.

  • Legal Billing Software experience (Timeslips preferred)

  2. Timeslips Billing (or comperable legal billing software)

  4. Escrow or real-estate industry experience is great.

For the right candidate, our client will be offering a base salary up to $55,000. There are full insurance benefits offered and competitive vacation time as well. The culture is great as well.
