Trellis Services, a division of Learn It Systems, is a progressive and innovative agency that provides comprehensive services for children with autism. Trellis Services ABA Program provides services in a clinic in Columbia, MD, in addition to community and home environments. The BCBA, Behavior Analysts, will support clients ranging in age from 18 months to 18 years old and be a part of our in-home services team.

Our defining goal at Trellis is to teach children that learning is a fun, playful, and interactive experience. The role of the Behavior Analyst is to provide behavioral intervention programs in home, community, and school settings for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. The BCBA also supports the Trellis mission through conducting descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments.

As a Behavior Analyst you will:

  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients

  • Mentor, train, and support Behavior Technicians (7-10 per team)

  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources

  • Conduct regular parent trainings for family members

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (those sitting for BCBA exam in the next 3 months are also encouraged to apply)

  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities

  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others

  • Strong communication and writing skills; bilingual skills highly valued
