Lockheed Martin Project Engineer Staff/Cost Account Manager in Colorado Springs, Colorado

We are looking for a Cost Account Manager (CAM) that will support multiple functional areas for the SBIRS, Survivable, Endurable, Evolution (S2E2) Program at the Citadel in Colorado Springs. Responsibilities will include schedule status, variance deep dive and reporting, working closely with functional managers on status and recover plans, ECP and BOE support for contract growth, risk and opportunity management, establishment and collection of metrics, and communication with other functional areas and subcontractors within the SBIRS program. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced CAM (both discrete and LOE accounts) who is also a driven, self-starter.

Basic Qualifications:

• Understanding of Cost Account Management and Earned Value Management.

• Understanding of schedule management concepts

• Cost estimating experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

• Currently holds a DoD Secret clearance

Desired Skills:

• Metrics establishment and collection

• Experience with cost account management and earned value management principles

• Project leadership experience

• Schedule development, execution, and leadership experience
