Essential Administrative Functions: Provide support to the team in technology applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe Suite, JLL Aero, etc.) and other company-supported programs. Create and maintain an electronic filing system using SharePoint and One Drive. Field calls regarding listing inquiries for the team. Research and gather materials for quarterly newsletters. Perform ad hoc administrative functions that support the business and revenue generation within the sales team. Manage client lists for individual brokers and teams and schedule outreach blasts using Eloqua. Assist with gathering research information and completing market surveys including gathering building information, maps and pictures, CoStar data, and creating and binding tour books. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of internal clients. Active liaison between brokerage team and Marketing, Sales Enablement, Property Marketing, and Research on respective projects. Update deliverables, documents, RFP responses, dialogue creation for emails, lease comparisons, one-off projects. Essential Marketing Functions: Serve as the primary contact point for the brokerage professionals for the development and creation of internal and external marketing deliverables and events. Management of all marketing efforts for all property listings, for all business lines, including subleases, direct leases, and small investment sale pieces across multiple platforms (MarketSphere, CoStar, LoopNet, etc.). Create and oversee the production of documents, presentations, proposals, flyers, digital marketing, and other related efforts, as directed by the members of the team. Print, mail and file marketing materials as needed. Assist with the development, creation and maintenance of deliverables, new business initiatives and strategiesthat are consistent with JLL Brand Standards:Flyers (both digital and printed) Email blasts / Email marketing Digital Marketing Platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, JLL Website, etc.) Floorplans Signage Order and Installation, including coordination of signage vendors Please note, Brokerage Coordinators are not expected to travel from the office to install any signage locally. Static social media content, correctly sized and formatted for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or other relevant platforms as provided by the team. Create and/or maintain internal file-sharing and cloud-based storage for the brokerage team and marketing team. Experience and qualifications 1-3 years relevant experience supporting multiple people preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required High level of proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook required and knowledge of Adobe Software such as InDesign and Photoshop a plus Work enthusiastically in a team atmosphere, promoting collaboration and idea sharing verbally and through action Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Strong ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines in a "high-volume" fast paced environment Strong proofreading and editing abilities Ability to manage time well and be self-motivated, without direct supervision Strong client service orientation; proactive working style and friendly, helpful attitude Commitment to high professional ethical standards JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
