Scenarios may include supporting issuers on traditional investor targeting, helping issuers on investor items surrounding equity capital raises, assessing activist vulnerabilities and optimizing capital deployment strategies.

+ Contributes to the group in a number of ways; from liaising with numerous Nasdaq teams, engaging with corporate issuers, maintaining targeting databases, helping with pitch materials and understanding equity market trends and flows.

+ Provides clients with advisory services to improve organizational performance and long-term competitiveness.

n

+ Solid understanding of the client's Investor Relations business operations and industry to ensure service is aligned with their needs.

n

+ Provides external clients with objective strategic advisory services to improve their organizational performance and long-term competitiveness.

n

+ Leverage industry knowledge/ experience working closely with Product Development team to identify opportunities for process improvement to drive scale and work with stakeholders to implement those.

n

+ Engage with Advisory Product Management organization to ensure client needs/ requirements are incorporated into product roadmaps.

n

+ Engage with global colleagues to share knowledge across geographic teams.

n

+ Engage in thought leadership, client meetings and conferences to drive visibility for Advisory Services.

+ Interaction with and deep understanding of buy-side accounts required

n

+ Very strong quantitative skills, exceptional use of excel required

n

+ Undergraduate degree required

n

+ Fundamental interest in the equity markets

n

+ Ability to form independent judgments and move transactions forward

n

+ Ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

n

+ Demonstrate attention to detail

Requirements

+ Education Required: BS Degree in Business, Finance or Economics

n

+ Experience Required: 2+ years of Financial Services experience.

+ Special Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office Tools - MS Outlook, Excel, MS Word, Adobe Pro
