Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and scrubs the RFP requests

  • Coordinates NBEA and ACEC quotes plus UMR Portal processing

  • Requests medical and Rx compatibility reviews

  • Collects Broker and Underwriting responses

  • Coordinates the processing all medical and specialty lines (medical, dental, vision, financial protection)

  • Coordinates case strategy and underwriting issues with AE (UW pends)

  • Updates sales tracking system with case information during presale process

  • Performs quality review on proposal / financial documents and coordinates printing

  • Educates brokers on new business requirements - coaches, provides feedback, and guides others

  • Participates in special projects as requested by management

  • Provides new business process subject matter expertise


  • Bachelor’sdegree (or higher)

  • IntermediateProficiency in Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Word (creating,saving, formatting documents), Microsoft Excel (ability to create, copy, edit,send, navigate using tabs, and save spreadsheets), Microsoft Outlook (abilityto open and send emails)

  • Must haveGroup Health and Life insurance Producer's License or the ability to obtainwithin 90 days of hire


  • Sales Support or Project Management experience

  • Previousexperience working in the insurance industry
