Job Description

Semper Workforce Solutions has an immediate opening for a skilled Help Desk Technician.

This candidate will provide internal support to the IT dept. Candidate should have a working knowledge of supporting workstations( MS 2010+ applications, Apple) laptops, servers, networking, mobile devices, printers, telephony, A/V, cloud-based solutions, enterprise software applications. IT Help Manufacturing or Print experience highly preferred.

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years: Computer Hardware & Software maintanence, installation and troubleshooting experience

Minimum of 2 years of advanced knowledge Client-Server connectivity (Ethernet, TCP/IP, Switches, routers and cabling)

Troubleshoot common hardware/software issues Meet deadlines and be flexible- work evenings and weekends when necessary Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, crawl beneath workspaces when necessary Reliable transportation This is an internal on site office position.
