Customer Service Representative

Chadds Ford- Our well known, Chester County client is looking for a temporary customer representative that has the opportunity to go permanent. This person will be answering phone inquiries from customers and putting the information into the system that they receive. This person will have the chance to interact with a high volume of clients on the phone and help problem solve. This person needs to have customer service experience with answering a high volume of phone calls a day and be able to work independently.

Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Salary= $15.00-$16.00 hour

*this is temporary position that could go permanent

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Listening skills and ability to communicate information in a clear, courteous, concise and logical manner

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and successful completion of skills assessment

• Excellent decision making, problem solving and analytical skills

• Customer service skills

• Ability to work independently
