Well States Healthcare Records and Appointment Admin - Care Coordinator in Castle Rock, Colorado
As an Care Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company. Under the direct supervision of the Case Manager Supervisor this position provides administrative support for a small, high-growth, 6+ year-old company. Primary duties include: scheduling medical appointments, securing bills from doctor’s offices, data entry, coordinating direct mailings, including monthly billing, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive medical information. Supports the internal case management staff of a small company.
Schedules appointments for clients directly with medical providers.
Secures billing and records directly from medical providers.
Updates hard-copy and electronic filing system for the company. Retrieves information from files when needed.
Answers phones for paralegals/case managers and the general company phone lines.
Spanish language skills a plus.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma.
One year of administrative experience.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, follow up, and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Education and Experience
Three years of related experience.
Flexible scheduling within the hours of 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Professional office environment
$16.00 to 17.50 per hour based on experience
