We are looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join our Warranty Services team in Carlisle, PA.

The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for processing leak reports through direct contact with Building Owners, Architects, Roofing Consultants, Building Owner Reps and approved Carlisle Applicators on existing Carlisle warranted projects. The Warranty Coordinator will issue purchase orders and provide follow-up calls to applicators and owners when projects fall within the two year responsibility. In addition, this position will provide pertinent information to Warranty Specialist when projects require Field Service Reps to visit the site.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process incoming leak requests from building Owners, Architects and Applicators. This includes receiving calls and obtaining the warranty and pertinent information such as company information and description of complaint. Initiate warranty claim by data entry into internal company claims system. If non-warranted or expired, advise caller.

  • When caller is a standard leak report, make a determination to issue purchase order to the applicable Applicator to investigate and repair the reported leaks. Generate/issue and fax purchase order to Applicator via the internal company claims system.

  • Generate record within internal database and mail correspondence to Applicators as directed by the Warranty Specialists.

  • Assist in opening mail and stamping incoming repair invoices. Receive and process invoices as directed.

Job Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Two years of clerical/administrative experience is required.

  • Prior experience with roofing materials and general roofing knowledge is preferred.

  • Accounting experience is a plus.

  • Microsoft Office suite knowledge and strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
