Our client, a leader in global e-commerce and cloud computing , is seeking a Technical Support Tech III to join their team. As a Technical Support Tech III, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting enterprise systems, platforms, and applications . The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills , proficiency in Linux and SQL , and hands-on experience with AWS environments , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Support Tech III

Location: Remote – USA

Pay Range: $28 - $30 per hour

What’s the Job?

  1. Provide technical support for enterprise systems, platforms, and applications, focusing on troubleshooting and issue resolution.

  2. Manage and support a complex product, ensuring ongoing success and performance updates.

  3. Utilize logs, dashboards, and alarms to troubleshoot technical issues.

  4. Demonstrate proficiency in Linux environments and SQL queries.

  5. Work hands-on with AWS applications and environments.

What’s Needed?

  1. Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of technical support experience with a focus on troubleshooting.

  3. Experience managing and supporting a complex product.

  4. Hands-on experience with Linux environments and SQL.

  5. Experience with AWS applications and environments.
