ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative/ Administrative Assistant in Cadillac, Michigan

Our client,in Kaleva MI. is seeking a Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Location: Kaleva MI

What’s the Job?

Provide an exceptional customer experience

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Fischer Tanks products

Fulfill customer request for product information

Provide lead times to customers as requested

Use Salesforce CRM to enter customer and tank activity

Use Excel and Word

Receive shipments, deliveries

Assist with month-end and annual reporting

Ensure that all invoices are processed correctly and on time

Data Entry and filing

What’s Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience in an administrative support role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
