Job Title : Analyst, Syndicated Client Insights
Location : Buenos Aires, Argentina
About This Role :
Reporting to the Manager, Syndicated Client Insights, this analyst will be responsible for understanding the business needs of Comscore clients and how our services will meet their objectives.
What You’ll Do :
Provide the first line of support for methodology questions and data inquiries from clients
Provide the first line of support for account administration questions
Manage basic data reconciliation issues
Conduct interface trainings for clients
Handle review of client press releases
Be knowledgeable on all measurement products and custom analysis to answer client questions and needs, and to aid in up sell opportunities
Participate in marketing plan meetings with the sales team
Implement marketing plans and proactive aid sales in upsell and contract renewals
What You’ll Need :
A degree in communications, marketing or business administration would be preferred
2 to 5 years of experience at an internet company, agency, DSP or media background
Ideal candidate must be analytical and understand panel-based consumer research
Fluent in Spanish & advanced knowledge of English. Knowledge of Portuguese would be a plus.
Background in Sales or Account Management highly preferred
Experience working with quantitative and qualitative research highly preferred
Must have excellent presentation skills
Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint specifically
