Laundry Service seeks a skilled communicator with a mind for analytics for the role of Senior Social Media Manager for our best of class client. This role has tremendous growth potential for someone who is passion about social media and enthusiastic about using strategy and analytics to drive results.
Your day-to-day work will include managing social channels and calendars and communicating with clients about dailycontent. You will partner with the creative team to optimize original posts to engage the audience. You will put together brand recommendations using your analytical findings and create detailed reporting for our clients and internal teams to help grow the impact of our content and social channels. You will be the strategic voice of our social approaches to help make our content shine in an oversaturated marketplace.
Ongoing responsibilities include:
Effectively manage content and schedule/publish for client social media communities
Report cohesively on campaign content metrics, competitor analysis, influencer success and make strategic recommendations based off of those reports.
Engage with consumers and influencers on client channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Support creatives, strategists, and account teams with content curation, distribution, scheduling and engagement
Web and Social Listening for trending content, conversations, topics, events and news
Real-time Monitoring of social channels to identify strategic opportunities and flag potential issues
3+ years of agency-side or brand experience developing social media creative, reporting, editing copy, and engaging with an audience
A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Must be familiar with analytic tools such as Crimson Hexagon, Iconosquare, Radarly, etc.
Must be familiar with CMSs such as Sprinklr, Spredfast, etc.
Extensive knowledge of social media best practices
Flawless spelling and grammar
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
The charm to build relationships (internally and with clients)
Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Slack, Dropbox
