UnitedHealth Group Outreach Ops Trainer - Eden Prairie MN, Frederick MD or Brentwood TN in Brentwood, Tennessee
We have an opportunity for an Outreach Operations Trainer to provide oversight to training and documentation for new and existing employees for Practitioner Query, Provider Approval, Provider not Participating, Special Statuses and RADV.Spans & Layers. This role will execute training for 300resources across all locations (MN, MD, TN, Philippines). The position will be based in Frederick MD, Brentwood TN or Eden Prairie MN and travel will be required up to 25%. Travel will be scheduled and planned and can be from several days up to two weeks to complete training missions.
Training Curriculum Design and Maintenance
Design and maintain effective training program(s).
Collaborate with appropriate resources (QA Team, Leads, ProgramOwners, management etc.) to determine learning objectives.
Conduct continual evaluation and modification of trainingprogram(s) in order to maximize training effectiveness.
Create and maintain appropriate training documentation, materials,and assessments.
Follow plan for professional development and actively seeks outopportunities to increase expertise
Own and manage the updates to all documentation across programs(Job Aids, SOPs, Policies, Controls, etc.)
Training and Facilitation Delivery
Manage and maintain a training schedule for learners.
Coordinate system accesses and training rooms prior to training sessions
Document all training sessions and track results of trainingassessments.
Conduct ongoing trainings as needed.
Leverage creativity and utilize a wide variety of methods topresent education and training programs that motivate others
Provide strong coaching and mentoring to learners for specificbehavior and skill development utilizing effective feedback and motivationalsupport techniques.
Identify and monitor applicable metrics/data/trends to tracklearning effectiveness and recommend/drive changes to enhance learningoutcomes.
Engage with learners post-training to obtain additional feedbackon training effectiveness and measure understanding
Maintain and publish program and client reports as needed
Provide feedback to appropriate stakeholdersthroughout training
Be a role model. Demonstrate initiative, strong leadership, andeffective communication and presentation skills

1+ years of experience working in a team leadership or special project role with ability to understand multiple programs and an understanding of the business process within each program
1+ years of experience providing direct training in a variety of settings, such as live classes, 1 to 1 training and via videoconferencing
Experience creating and maintaining training documentation, materials and assessments
Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, MS Office Products (PowerPoint), and SharePoint, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
Ability to travel 25%
Experience handling multiple projects and/or tasks
