Emerging Adult Inpatient Program
The path to adulthood can be an exciting and stressful time. For some young people, it's also a time when serious mental health and addiction problems first start to occur. We created our Emerging Adult Program for young men and women ages 18 to 26 who need short-term, inpatient hospital care to help manage and overcome serious psychiatric and addiction disorders. It's the only psychiatric inpatient program of its kind in the region--and its designed specifically for young adults. Treatment is built around a deep appreciation for the unique stresses and life changing choices that accompany young adulthood such as establishing independence, exploring career options, and starting and ending important personal relationships.
