As part of the Marketing team, Enrollment Advisors serve as the primary point of contact for student prospects. The Enrollment Advisor?s principal responsibility is to respond to student prospect inquiries and communications generated by marketing activities and provide value-add information on a robust portfolio of programs.
Monitor and log all Admissions inbound phone and email activity Respond within 24 hours to all new inquiries with ongoing follow up Create and maintain new inquiry contact records in customer relationship management (CRM) system Deliver superior customer relationship management Provide deep knowledge to prospective students on select degree programs and general knowledge on the entire portfolio Assess needs and counsel prospects on best suited degree program Assist with application questions, login issues, logistical questions, etc. Manage Online Chat Assess needs and consult with students on our programs Manage lead qualification and communication strategies Analyze outreach and conversions to further refine strategies Research and analyzing competitive programs Conduct outbound inquiry outreach Initiate lead nurturing and scoring by email and phone Escalate complex questions to appropriate admissions team subject-matter experts Cultivate relationships with student prospects and parents Track and report on inbound/outbound activity weekly Coordinate with Admissions Counselors for warm lead handoff Engage in College Board outreach activities Manage the current student/recent graduate reference process Distribute value-add content to prospective students, e.g., learning objectives, career and employment outlook, degree comparisons, competitive advantages, etc.

A bachelor's degree Advanced experience with MS Office Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong verbal and written communications skills Ability to communicate with student prospects and parents via phone, email and occasional in-person meetings
2+ years of work experience in a customer service role Experience using Salesforce.com and/ or Marketing Cloud
