By working internally with our sales teams, the Director of Operations will leverage our external business partners and other support teammates to drive improvements to business processes.nThe Director of Operations is the strategic visionary and the leader for the warehouse and integrated solutions process functions. The incumbent will provide guidance and counsel to the VP Operations and his/her leadership team on all matters related to warehousing. The Director Integration must be versed at creating direction for the organization, driving alignment, and organizing the warehouse and technical integration teams function to deliver the needs of the business. In addition, he/she must be forward-thinking, innovative, and lead the organization to cutting-edge solutions to support the delivery of strategic warehouse services and advanced integration offerings across the enterprise.nThe Dir of Operations also manages our client experiences to gather new requirements and to remediate areas needing improvement. This includes our EDI/B2B, Web and sales support environments that touch the clients or affect their experience.nThe Dir of Operations works to help set the vision for their team and as such drives the annual budget and attainment, resource allocation, and metrics to be tracked. This includes working with the nation practice leadership to assist in the development of new offerings, methodologies and the expansion of best practices as well as the proactive approach of developing regional and local competencies that support the nation practice framework.nResponsible for cost per unit and reduction strategiesnIdentify key business opportunities to maximize performance and minimize costsnEvaluate new technology to ensure that our integration and warehouse employees have the tools necessary to provide our customers with the highest level of servicenDevelop Key Performance Indicators to evaluate the performance and determine SLA’s of the warehouse functionsnAlign with other functions on large scale projects to support the growth of the businessnSet performance expectations for his/her team to drive to sustainable and predictable business resultsnInspire the team through modeling our cultural imperativesnPossess both the business acumen and courage to make difficult and unpopular decisions and recommendationsnBe versed at providing focused feedback and leading large-scale projects that have significant impact on the companynParticipate in sales and sales operations leadership meetings and share operational updates and action plansnWork cross-functionally with IT, Finance and ot
