Billing Clerk

Duration: Temp to Perm

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00/hour

Seeking all billing clerks! We are looking for a billing clerk to work with our client in Warminster, PA. This position would be supporting their billing team and requires at least 1-3 years of prior experience handling payments/billing/invoicing etc.


  • Create invoices, credit documentation and memos, and statements

  • Update customer information in the computer system.

  • Track payments and bills

  • Work with the billing team to ensure all responsibilities are handled

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


  • Effective data entry skills

  • Ability to maintain accuracy is key

  • Ability to multitask

  • Exceptional problem solving skills


No Degree Required


Entry Level


  • Must have prior experience as a Billing Clerk or working within a billing department.

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screen
