Job Description The Analyst Executive Compensation will contribute key information and analysis for use in the design, implementation, and administration of TMUS executive compensation. This role will collect and analyze data (survey and publicly disclosed compensation data) with the goal of clearly and logically summarizing findings. The role will also partner closely with the Executive Compensation management team to audit materials delivered at the Executive Officer and Board level; providing supplemental review of materials for technical and mathematical accuracy. The role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing processes/reporting within the executive compensation group. This role will work regularly with large internal and external data sets, and partner with stakeholders to discuss/interpret findings. Responsibilities Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership. Maintain communication and illustrative documents for TMUS Executives: Individual Cash Flow Forecasts (customized financial overview of forecasted total compensation), overviews of plans, etc. Assist in developing reusable templates and processes to drive understanding, efficiency, and scalability. Conduct ongoing research of peer company compensation, stay current on disclosures and trends, inform the team in a timely manner Assist in the preparation and audit of BOD Compensation Committee materials and required SEC disclosures Ad hoc reporting, analysis, audit and discussion Review survey matches on an ongoing basis and provide analytics on trends Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed Qualifications Comfort with large complex data sets and corporate financial information Highly advanced ability with Microsoft Excel Advanced ability to build executive ready PowerPoint presentations Extreme attention to detail, ability to work in a highly confidential environment Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills Experience within executive compensation or corporate consulting (financial or governance); less experience may be considered with advanced academic background and skillset Ability to creatively frame and solve complex problems through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis with some supervision and guidance High aptitude and a desire to understand the bigger strategic picture Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Completion of a successful background check Bachelors Degree Desired *LI-KH1 Company Profile As America's Un-carrier, T-Mobile USA, Inc.
