Nike Global Sourcing and Manufacturing teams create a complex and exciting mix of products including baseball bats, sunglasses, apparel, footwear, technical components like airbags and more. Description

As the Integrated Performance Senior Manager for Sustainable Manufacturing & Sourcing (SM&S), you will lead a team of 3 sustainability team members who are adept at visualizing information and delivering insights in big data environments. You will play an integral role in driving compliance and beyond compliance performance measurements and insights initiatives. You will assist in developing an Integrated Performance Management Framework strategy for Nike’s Global Sourcing & Manufacturing (GSM) organization. The ideal candidate will have a sustainability background as well as strong experience in project management and performance monitoring & evaluation. This candidate should be naturally analytical and have a strong eye for compiling both qualitative and quantitative data for multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization (reports, articles, case studies, highlight stories).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthenmonitoring, validation and evaluation procedures & protocols withsuppliers through an integrated performance management framework

  • Monitor and evaluate overallprogress on the effects and impact of sustainability initiatives

  • Ensure data system support andproper target setting and KPI development processes

  • Identify and addressoptimization opportunities across compliance and performance activitiesand reporting

  • Lead team of threesustainability managers, driving team unity, structure, and strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business,Statistics, Social Sciences, or Data AnalyticsResponsibility/Sustainability or a related field

  • MBA or advanced degree ishighly preferred

  • Minimum of 5-7years' total experience (3 years' experience post MBA) in corporatedevelopment, business development, supply chain management, investmentbanking, management consulting, finance or related fields

  • 2 additional years' experiencein lieu of an advanced degree

  • Proven ability to leadcross-functional teams and provide project management support

  • Previous manufacturing oroperations experience not mandatory but preferred

  • Proven ability to navigatecomplex organizational structures with varying stakeholders

  • Previous experience thinkingstrategically and implementing new operating models

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Strong collaboration &facilitation skills

  • Experience in designing toolsand strategies for data collection, analysis and production of externalreports

  • Communication and influencingskills: Excellent listening and interpersonal skills anddemonstrated ability to build trust and influence at all levels in anorganization and excel within teams. Highly proficient oral and writtencommunicator demonstrated in sustainability domain. Effectively respondsto inquiries from internal and external sources. Experience withpresenting, coordinating, and organizing meetings and workshops

  • Leadership / Initiative: Self-starterwith excellent project and analytical skills. An integrator,consensus builder, and results oriented.

  • Good judgment/poise:Ability to handle and resolve problems and make informed decisions to beeffective in a complex and fast paced changing environment.

  • Planning/Organizing:Ability to effectively organize workload, handle a high volume of rapidlychanging priorities, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines; provenability to multi-task, excellent follow through skills
