Description

With a bold long-term growth strategy, NIKE is counting on our Global Finance organization to thrive in its mission: to drive and deliver value to every NIKE shareholder. As the Finance Manager for the Global Operations Team (GOT), you will join one of the most dynamic global consumer brands in a role at the heart of 2x direct, 2x speed and 2x innovation.

In this Finance Manager role, reporting to the Director of Finance, GOT FP&A, you will be the primary finance partner to the Global Operations Finance teams (Demand & Supply Management, Global Ops & Logistics, Global Sourcing & Manufacturing, Procurement, SEC, Tech, WD&C, AirMI and Global Sustainability). You will handle In-Year Performance Management including the forecasting and reporting process for GOT’s financial portfolio driving timely and insightful financial analysis that helps our business partners deliver against their operating strategies. You will also help develop the Center of Excellence (COE) process, driving efficiencies and consistencies across the portfolio.

More specifically, you will:

  • Provide CFO and GOT leadership team visibilityinto GOT spend, enabling informed portfolio decisions

  • Drive monthly financial analysis within the forecasting/reportingprocess that identifies trends, risks, and opportunities to help our businesspartners deliver against their operating strategies

  • Liaison with teams to act as central point ofcontact for GOT-level finance questions

  • Troubleshoot and provide best practices aroundNike financial systems for teams

  • Create and iterate central standardized processes,tools and templates to drive efficiencies and consistencies

  • Foster strong partnerships with cross-functionalteammates to ensure alignment with finance and the business (including Strategy,HR, Controlling and Global Business Planning)

  • Support senior management level reviews as needed

You’re skilled at anticipating problems, identifying opportunities and providing creative solutions while also seeking continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor'sdegree in a Business-related field with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting;MBA or advanced degree is preferred

  • 6+ years’experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, and/oraccounting

  • Experiencewith SAP and Tableau ispreferred

  • Problemstructuring and strategic problem-solving skills

  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Exceland PowerPoint

  • Attentionto detail in the development of management quality reporting and analytics forsenior management

  • Effectivewritten and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across alllevels of the organization

  • Experience working for a Fortune 500/multinationalconsumer products company is a plus

  • Abilityto pass a 7-year background check
