WeDriveU is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This is a part-time role that can advance into a full-time role. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for all customer service issues
Provide prompt, professional and compassionate communication with customers
Following up as required
Perform other duties as directed
2+ years of customer service experience
High School Diploma/GED
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail
Capacity to learn concepts quickly and independently
Strong communication, assessment, and resolution
Microsoft Word and Excel
