Pay Grade: RN

The Clinical Outcomes Management Analyst is responsible for coordinating clinical effectiveness evaluations that support data-based decision-making by management and clinicians. In collaboration with interdisciplinary clinical and administrative leadership, coordinates the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies to improve patient care within an evidence-based practice framework. Serves as a clinical expert in integration, management, analysis, and interpretation of data to support outcomes management, clinical process analysis, risk management/patient safety, case management, and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements: Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maryland. Master of science in nursing, informatics, business, or health-related field. Five years of clinical nursing experience; at least two years of program/project management experience preferred.
