Your Role and Responsibilities
The Toolbox@IBM Team core objective is to Discover, Deploy and Develop communities of support for Toolbox applications in partnership with our key internal and external stakeholders in support of the System & Tools mission to
Create a productive environment for IBMers
Enhance our ability to attract & retain top talent
Drive culture change, promoting speed and agility
Protect IBM's data (& that of our customers)
The Toolbox@IBM team is changing the way IBMers work with various tools that encourage collaboration. You will play a key role in building trust and adoption between the IBMer and our applications by being a champion of the IBM journey. You will work closely with our applications' support teams and the product owners to identify opportunities and create solutions. Being a part of the Toolbox@IBM team, we’re looking for you to bring in a positive attitude and cultivate a healthy environment from the start.
Responsible for managing corporate infrastructure such as: Productivity services (eg. O365, Box, Code42, IBM Watson Media, Trello, Adobe, Mural, 1Password)
Reviewing system notifications/logs for pro-active correction of issues
Data gathering and analysis to enable install and license provisioning compliance
Develop/streamline process to support IBMer team growth
Develop/integrate new features/functions to improve application performance and adoption
Your comfort zone should be in technical environments, such as analyzing complex multi-system issues
Process oriented and ability to execute IT projects

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Knowledge on PC/Mac/Linux
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical administration and troubleshooting
Passion for customer service
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
Ability to troubleshoot laptops, desktop, mobile devices on-site or remotely
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and data tools such as Box and CrashPlan
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles, experience in an Agile team
