The Technical Support Delivery team is looking for an Integration Tester to join our high-performing application development team. Our portfolio of applications spans electronic support, call/problem management, and entitlement systems. We operate and transform the capabilities for IBM worldwide technical support which is key to IBM’s growth. The Integration Tester will be a key contributor on a dynamic squad within IBM Support that develops B2B interfaces that allows IBM customers to submit track hardware and software cases in over 100 countries.
Understand IBM Support’s B2B offering from a technical and functional perspective
Act as the focal between the B2B development team, the business team and the customer to configure and integrate the required systems
Understand and work in an agile development environment with the ability to work on numerous stories and issues simultaneously.
Problem solver and focal point during severity 1 and critical situations
Teamwork with peers, other managers, and teams across IBM
Interface with development teams while working in IBM Austin
No remote opportunities exist
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Experience with RESTful services, JSON, basic and mutual authentication
Experience with automated testing tools
Experience with data point mapping between disparate systems
Excellent time management skills (simultaneous integrations at once)
Exposure to Agile and DevOps
Demonstrated communication and organization skills
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
Familiarity with Salesforce
Experience with IBM App Connect (formerly Cast Iron), Dell Boomi or other similar ETL tooling
