Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Global Business Services (GBS) is hiring an Associate Partner (AP) with subject matter expertise leading digital initiatives in the Energy & Utilities industry. You will have direct involvement selling and delivering projects related to digital transformation programs, commerce / CRM programs, marketing programs, etc. to fundamentally transform the customer and/or employee experience.
**Lead pre-sales activities, assessments, and the delivery of transformational solutions
**Establish and maintain deal focused, trusted relationships with clients and partners
** Scope, solution, propose, close, and deliver digital initiatives end-to-end. This includes familiarity with assessment, project management, design, and build initiatives.
**Business case development, project and program management, proposal writing and business management
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
**At least 5 years of experience selling and delivering consulting services projects
**At least 5 years of experience in the Energy & Utilities industry
**At least 5 years of experience in the Digital space (examples: web, mobile, CRM’s such as Salesforce.com, marketing platforms such as Adobe)
**At least 2 years of experience in agile program delivery
**At least 5 years of experience in formal project management
**At least 5 years of experience with people leadership, managing a direct team of 5 people or more
**At least 3 years of experience in business development and sales of consulting services of $3M+ / year
**At least 3 years of experience delivering complex consulting services projects
**At least 3 years of experience managing and leading teams
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
**At least 8 years of experience negotiating and selling consulting services projects
**At least 8 years of experience in formal project management methodology
**At least 8 years of experience in business development and sales of consulting services of $5-6M+ / year
