The successful candidate will also be required to assist with ongoing security ris k assessments of our third party suppliers.Key Responsibilities:* Utilize integrated security risk management tool to organize supplier data.* Assist with the scheduling and tracking of new and existing third party assessment activity across the organization.* Ownership of the documentation and processes associated with the Third Party Security Risk program and its evolution and more specifically the Portfolio Risk Management operation therein.* Implementing overall third party security risk management process for the organization as directed by the Leader of the Third Party Security Risk team.* Performing a risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that will affect the company.* Performing a risk evaluation: Evaluating the company's previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria established by the* Risk reporting tailored to the relevant audience. (Educati ng about the most significant risks to the business; ensuring appropriate individuals understand the risks that might affect their departments; ensuring individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks).* Documenting and explaining the external risk posed to stakeholders.* Work with suppliers to create mitigation plans and monitor/track the plans to completion.* Conducting periodic supplier audits, which will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders.* Building risk awareness amongst employees by providing support and training within the company.* Identification and delivery of process improvements.Required Experience:* At least 3 years' experience working within IT, IT Audit, information security risk, governance, compliance or similar department is highly desirable.* Knowledge of Information Security and business continuity is highly adva ntageous.* A basic understanding of NIST CSF, ISO27001/2 and PCI.* Good attention to detail supported by strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must.* Ability to align risk issues to business solutions is key.All the above duties and responsibilities are essential job functions for which reasonable accommodation will be mad
