Job Description

A healthcare client is looking for a strong Epic Beaker Analyst to join their team. This resource will be joining a team of 11 other individuals. This resource will be responsible for collaborating with clinicians and end users of the system to design, build, test, train, implement, and maintain Epic system. This resource should have a strong comprehensive understanding for Epic Beaker. They must utilize the knowledge of clinical practice, computer science, and information technology to manage data and determine components that are suitable to build while maintaining alignment with the professional standards of practice. They are responsible for coordinating with physicians and end users in the analysis and documentation of workflows, performing gap analysis, identifying needed process changes, and developing future workflows during the implementation of new solutions or functionality.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of overall Epic Beaker -- Microbiology experience

Must have strong experience in Microbiology Build within Epic Beaker

Microbiology lab experience

Beaker CP certified

Specific Beaker build experience

Bachelors degree Decision Making - Able to make independent decisions of a complex nature. Scope at department and customer department level.

Analysis and Problem Solving - Able to analyze multiple complex situations to create and implement solutions. Scope at department and customer department level.

Communication - Able to communicate complex ideas and information using a variety of media. Very good written, verbal, and presentation skills at peer, customer, and leadership level. Able to model and foster good communication skills for co-workers.

Teamwork and Customer Service Able to effectively lead large group efforts involving people from multiple teams. Models and establishes collaborative and service oriented environment while enforcing standards of good service. null
