Customer Services Specialist I (10-Month Term) : Chick-Fil-A - 18000922 Description: Accurately and efficiently utilizes POS systems and maintains all cash and media at the registers. Communicates customer request to management. Oversees assigned student assistants and temporary staff. Maintains awareness of daily menu items and knowledge of meal plans. Attentive to guest needs.Counts and reconciles funds during shifts to ensure adequate funds. Maintains neat appearance. Restocks assigned supplies and brochures. Records patron counts.Excellent customer service. Greets and acknowledges customers, maintains outstanding solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service standards.In addition to "other duties as assigned", this position may be required to be cross-trained for another position and/or responsibility in order to provide both back-up for a department as well as to supplement resources needed during certain times of the year.
