Currently, The Home Depot Division is searching for an Associate National Account Manager to work in The SBD Home Depot sales office located in Atlanta, GA.

The Home Depot Associate National Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with key decision makers in The Home Depot business. As a Associate National Account Manager (ANAM), you will work with Sales Leaders to help drive the needs of managing our business with The Home Depot. In this role, you will work both with The Home Depot and the internal SBD team (sales, channel, brand, product, etc.) to help coordinate key initiatives, drive key business strategies, engage in Product Line Review and Promotional Planning needs, and provide key analysis and analytic based support to best help SBD manage the businesses at The Home Depot. As the ANAM for The Home Depot you will be establishing strong relationships with The Home Depot Key Decision Makers as well as internally, that will provide opportunities to grow sales and solidify SB&D’s relationship with The Home Depot’s merchant, assortment planning, inventory and marketing teams. Additionally, you will be a liaison between our Account Team and Field Operations team to help drive sales and execute key business initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

To be a successful candidate for this position you will need:

  • to possess a bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent

  • excellent presentation and communication skills

  • strong project management experience

  • strong relationship-building ability

  • strong organizational skills

  • a strong follow-through with great attention to detail

  • the ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and make decisions based on numbers and/or fact-based information

  • the ability to understand the cross functional pieces of the SBD business process and bring value added thinking to improve our go to market business strategy with The Home Depot

  • a strong knowledge of The Home Depot SOP’s, Field Event Strategies, Inventory Management

  • a comprehensive knowledge of the computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Mail, and Paint, as well as dropbox, business warehouse, and homedepotlink.
