Full time billing analysts are responsible for daily review and charge entry and coding for physician visits and procedures. Must have billing experience any of the following specialties: Family Medicine/Internal Medicine, Neurology, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease, Endocrinology and/or OB/GYN.

• Performs accurate charge entries
• Ensure proper coding on provider documentation
• Prepares and submits claims to payers either electronically or by paper.
• Investigates and corrects rejected and denied claims
• Receive and review patient charts and documents for accuracy
• Ensure that all codes are current and active
• Report missing or incomplete documentation
• Meet daily coding production
• Serves as resource regarding insurance resolutions and coding questions
• Follows coding guidelines and legal requirements to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
