Trinity Health Clinical Education - Admin Specialist - FT Days in Athens, Georgia

Assists the Manager of Clinical Education in the execution of administrative duties and responsibilities. Assists other members of the professional staff. Completes projects as needed upon request.

*Responsibilities: *Directly responsible for the administrative function for the office of Clinical Education.

*Education:* HS Diploma required.

*Experience: *A minimum of two years’ experience in office/administrative or human resources required. Experience in collection, organization, analysis and presentation of data/information is required. Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.

*Special Qualifications: *

Must have excellent computer skills and be competent in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. Must exercise an extremely high degree of initiative and judgment in carrying out assigned responsibilities. Must be able to make decisions necessary to perform work assigned, sometimes under stressful conditions. Must be able to work under pressure and still maintain accuracy.

Must possess advanced office administration skills – adept in use of computer equipment as well as other office equipment. Must be proficient in organization and maintaining an efficient filing system. Must be able to organize and prioritize work assignments. Must have ability to effectively express oneself in both oral and written communication. Must be able to project a professional image to the rest of the organization and to the public. A high degree of accuracy is required in all phases of this job. Must be able to type accurately and efficiently.

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

*Degree of Supervision Required:* Performs complex administrative skills under indirect, general and periodic supervision. Must be very self-directed.
