Oracle Commerce Partner Manager - NetSuite in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

As part of Oracle Corporation within the NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU), this role is responsible for creating and assisting with the execution of sales, operations, selection and practice development with Commerce Agencies and Commerce Developers ("Commerce Partners") that are part of NetSuite's Commerce Agency partner program ("CAP"). In addition to working with existing Commerce Partners, this role is also responsible for mentoring, PMO guidance, scoring, performance standards, developing go-to-market strategies and communicating new go-lives to the CAP team. The commerce partner manager will guide and influence sales cycles both internally and externally. Internal (ORACLE NetSuite) objectives will include collaborations with direct, channel, and alliances business development teams as well as contributing to the commerce partner matrix found within the sales hub. Externally (Commerce Partner) the role will focus on strategic pre-sales reviews and operational reviews on an as needed basis. The tasks that the role will be responsible for as it relates to operational excellence are; quarterly business reviews, providing feedback for Commerce Partner business plans and fostering internal NetSuite GBU support of the CAP strategy. The function works closely with the Channel Sales, ACS, support and the commerce product team to track, measure and report Commerce Partner influenced revenue, pre-sales status, release operations status and go-lives status to management on a regular basis. The role also works with Commerce Partners to increase awareness of NetSuite Commerce Products inside of the partner's company and mentoring the Commerce Partner to develop unique industry joint offerings.
This role requires:

The ability to build strong relationships with a range of partner roles including developers, project managers and senior level management
Manage multiple go-live projects in tandem
Maintenance of partner-facing program documentation, partner record information, internal documentation and marketing collateral
Coordination of partner communications (including product team feedback, need-to-know alerts) and events (including SuiteWorld/Agency Day/VivaCAPWorld, regional product feedback sessions, Q&A webinars)
Monitoring ecommerce implementation quality, issue mitigation and escalations
6 years of experience in ecommerce roles spanning website deployment/project management/partner relations/strategy along with a bachelor s degree is preferred.
