Lead System Administrator - 78346-en_USDESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and the opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan.What you#8217;ll do on a typical day:* Design and implement MicroStrategy application server and Power BI service; performance tune Intelligent Server and Web Server for the best MicroStrategy performance and set up monitoring/tuning environment configuration and settings* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MicroStrategy software on both the server and customer#8217;s web client; provide post-production support and effectively manage changes* Develop mechanisms for deploying, migrating or refreshing MicroStrategy projects and configuration changes across the various environments, including user/group provisioning and database instances, user authentication setup and license management* Perform MicroStrategy administration functionalities, including creating new users, roles, ACL privileges, shared folders and access controls lists; perform unit, integration, performance and regression testing* Manage standard software source control, QA processes, object migration and API catalogue management related to MicroStrategy; create, edit and delete content in the workspace, publish and update the apps* Design the data model for the warehouse, including scorecards, reports, cubes and dashboards; create multi-layer intelligent cubes to avoid the database server load* Create MicroStrategy objects like metrics (conditional, transformational, dimensional and compound), filters, prompts (filter and object), templates and reports, and public objects* Duplicate and create new projects using Desktop Manager; work with tech support to enable diagnostic logs, web logs, XML logs, Fiddler logs, traces, and changing the system registry in I-Server to find the root cause of technical problems* Provide global support and resolve order to cash and procure to pay related issues; prepare training manuals for Post Go Live Support and train and mentor power users, end users and team membersWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
