Job Summary This position is responsible for collecting requirements and building dashboards and visualizations for various business functions. Perform advanced research and analysis to support business operations including data cleansing, exploration, and visualization to drive actionable insights. Set up and maintain BI tools, infrastructure, and integration with company data sources. Employ Agile methodologies and may perform special projects.

What you will do * Work with the Business Operations team on various projects, including data integration, system customization, and data and system maintenance. * Partner with internal customers to gather end-to-end analytics requirements, issues, and scope of complex projects * Communicate business results, operational analyses, change recommendations and other information developed and/or received to management; formally present findings to management * Translate business requirements into data models, visualizations, and ensure accurate and automated self-serving dashboards * Perform research, analysis, and deliver insights related to all areas of the business. * Promote higher data consistency and improved data quality by coordinating data governance activities * Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data; develop implementation plans for review by management * Research new and emerging information technologies which can support reengineering business processes * Solve complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions Travel/Physical Demands * Typically less than 10%. No special physical demands required. Qualifications

Must have: * Experience building data visualizations dashboards using enterprise reporting tools such as Domo, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI (Domo preferred) * Experience writing complex queries in SQL to unify data across multiple sources * Solid understanding of data warehouses as well as data pipeline management, schema design, and dimensional data modeling * Salesforce.com and ERP experience a plus, but will provide training * Solid project management skills * Solid systems understanding of business applications and middleware services with a strong track record of systems analysis and design * In depth knowledge and hands-on computer programming in Python, R, or similar programming language is a plus * Experience with iPaaS Solutions (Mulesoft, Workato, etc.) is a plus * Strong understanding of industry practices * High proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures * Good planning/organizational skills and techniques * Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Good presentation and public speaking skills * Good interpersonal skills * Good conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages * Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company, begin to build partnerships externally * Resolve complex issues in effective ways * Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. * Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
