Investment Representative

Duration: Assignment through December 31, 2019 with the possibility to extend

Pay Rate: $30.67 per hour. Full time, on-site, W-2 position.

Shift Required: 40 hour 5 day work week with 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday 7:30am to 8:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm

What you’ll be doing:

You will be working with Members, via phone and email, assisting with their financial and investment requests. You must have experience with Investment transactions, Money movement, and account Security and Fraud.

Current and active FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 licenses or Series 6 and 63/66 are required.

Responsibilities:

• Receives service requests for mutual fund, brokerage or college savings plan products from members through various member contact channels.

• Fulfills the member's request through appropriate channel.

• Applies foundational relationship building and referral skills by seeking opportunities to build, deepen, and retain the member relationship through multi-company products or services.

• Asks questions to discover key information and life events and to understand the member’s need, and documents relevant information.

• Encourages member to take action to address needs and opportunities.

• Supports enterprise business goals through the achievement of individual referral and product acquisition goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have current and active Series 7 & 63/66 or Series 6 & 63/66

Skills:

• Money movement – 1 year

• Investment transactions and servicing – 1 year

• Account security and fraud – 1 year

Technology Tools:

• Windows operating system

• Investment transaction software experience

• Phone experience with customers
