Position Description:

Join CGI’s dynamic team charged with developing and modernizing the IT systems for a Federal agency that helps make affordable housing a reality for millions of Americans. Provides knowledge of, and experience with, the management of specific domain areas, which may include, but not limited to, software, hardware, data, quality, or financial expertise. Strong domain expertise to solve complex problems, provide guidance and experience on technical solution implementation, engage resources and/or serves as a domain team leader, perform analyses of client issues, and help to ensure that the IT program meets business needs. Other experience may include implementing business process reengineering, developing financial models, orchestrating change management principles, and conducting performance measurements. May oversee and management specific functional areas. Coordinates with stakeholders affected by functional area. May supervise staff

Your future duties and responsibilities:

With guidance from the Project Manager and in collaboration with team members, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Experienced engagement manager with experience in Federal government with Ginnie Mae and GSA.

• Advises PM on domain areas and impacts to clients

• Meets with clients to discuss business domain and impact on systems and users

• Prepares reports for PM and Clients on user issues and concerns

• Meets with clients on a regular basis to assess any issues, concerns or upcoming business opportunities

• Performs business development activities, such as tracking opportunities, entering information into CRM system, and presenting information at step reviews

• Directs and/or Particpates in AGILE requirements gathering sprints to represent securitization domain issues and requirements

• Helps PM prepare for CGI and Client health check status meetings

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

This is a senior level position with at least 6 years of relevant experience required. Successful candidates will possess:

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Superior writing skills and grammar expertise

• Experience working with Ginnie Mae and GSA

• Time management and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to tackle challenging work independently or in a team environment

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Desired qualifications

• 10 years of experience with clients at GSA or GinnieMae
